Bill Jentarra has over 25 years of experience with extensive hands-on and management experience in architecting, designing and implementing complex client relationship management (CRM) and business intelligence (BI) solutions (and related technologies) across various industries, with a focus on high-tech, finance/insurance, manufacturing and energy. His experience encompasses the entire life cycle of CRM and BI projects, including planning and project definition, system design and architecture, development and prototyping, implementation and user rollout, user adoption strategies and ongoing support and optimization. Bill also specializes in the practical application of technology in a planned approach to solve complex business problems in a predictable and cost-effective manner.
